“Inclusion and Diversity” in employment and career

During times when society was a bit more normal people used to be employed based on their skills and experience in executing a said job. Nowadays many, especially larger, companies and enterprises are tacitly employing people more on a race and gender basis than skills and experience as to not come across as racist and possibly facing legal consequences (from state authorities who do exactly the same). It has become a crime to “discriminate” people depending on their ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender etc. [1] and this message became an universal rule of thumb for all companies,

Objectively speaking, how can this even make sense? When the ultimate interest of a company from an economic standpoint is to employ people based on their skill and experience, as obviously they are expected to perform the most qualitative work compared to everyone else with less skill and experience, why does it even matter what gender, ethnic origins or sexual orientation they have? This practice that existed since the notion of job and employment has become illegal and “racist”, as nowadays companies have to know your gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs etc. and consider them when looking for employees as to “diversify” workforce in order to comply with the “law”. As one can expect, this does not happen in plain sight as this policy would backfire on the grounds that people with the most skills and experience are discriminated due to less experienced people being employed based on their ethnic origin, gender or sexual orientation. What happens therefore is that a lot of less competent and spineless people take jobs that they are not fully capable to manage. This is the most easily observable especially in institutions with decision-making powers such as government institutions, local authorities etc.

Many native people that are more skilled and competent remain without jobs, quality of work decreases, low skilled people accept to work on lower salaries which further contribute to poverty and to governments not having to raise the minimum salaries as much as they should be raised to provide a decent living even for the lowest paid workers, there are many disadvantages in “integrating” in the overall workforce people from the third world that under normal and legal circumstances shouldn’t even be living in many first-world countries and this is a fundamental issue the governments are also accomplices to, as for example is the case with the British government that has been concerned with tackling inequalities muslims face in employment than other very severe issues that United Kingdom has been facing [2]. If one has interacted with muslims, what you may notice is that for one they don’t like working as the most targeted jobs by those of them that do actually work are jobs that do not involve much physical labor such as taxi/uber driver, delivery drivers, barbers, car dealers etc. For second, even if they were supposedly facing “discrimination”, it is because the vast majority of them do not have any skills. Is it “discrimination” to employ a native person or any other person that is more competent for your job? The governments try to rationalize that muslims face “discrimination” at work simply because they are of a different religion (as this is what the government implies there), which is simply a lie. For third, most muslims immigrating into the West are receiving financial grants and free housing from the state. There are many areas in London, Paris and many other European cities that would normally be very expensive to live into, yet when you walk on these streets you will only see people from Africa, India or Middle East. Under normal circumstances only people that earn close to 6 digits a year would comfortably afford to live in these areas where rents will easily exceed 2000-2500 euros/pounds/dollars a month for a normal sized house or appartment.

  • It is very normal to protect the rights of women in general to work as every human being should be allowed to decide for their own future, but it is very abnormal to see a government from a totally unrelated country tackling muslim women “discrimination” (basically same reasons as above) when those women in their home countries are facing severe difficulties or are not allowed to work at all. Then again it boils back to the same fundamental issue. Why are people from outside Europe allowed to immigrate in Europe in the first place as the vast majority of them do not meet the legal requirements and why the governments have to use laws and coercion to force companies to employ such people?

    Another example is the Australian government which has the same goals in regards to the LGBT community [3] [4], where it employs transgender or other LGBT people in the police and in general workforce for “integration and diversity purposes”. Deputy Commissioner Neil Peterson stated: “I am proud to introduce the Victoria Police LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Action Plan 2023–2024. I do so in my capacity as the Executive Sponsor for LGBTIQ+ employee engagement and as a member of the Victoria Police Pride employee network (VP Pride).

    There is a very serious issue that stems from all of the above: immigrants from more radical religious backgrounds, LGBT people, minorities, they do not care about the culture, history, tradition and national and racial identity of a country. When people from the above categories are being installed into the backbone of workforce, into the basic positions that make a country function such as police, public institutions, government, public schools/universities etc., adding to this the mass-media that supports the above, the said country is guaranteed to shift towards a society where the essential values mentioned above are slowly dissolved, removed and destroyed, a society where those who advocate for tradition, racial or national identity are labeled as “extremists” and are ostracized from public life, a society where the degeneracy and insanity the human mind can produce is being protected, promoted and endorsed in all areas of life (family/relationships, education, employment, public life, legal system etc.), a society where you are “free” to practice your “sexuality” and “beliefs” only if you are from the above protected categories. We certainly can easily see these outcomes today.

    For the past decades the Western world has been shifting towards a form of dictatorship and human degeneracy that can only be matched by islamic countries where islam has completely destroyed any semblance of “humanity” by normalizing the most deplorable acts the human mind can conceive [5], the Jewish mind to be more specific as, Jewish people are the secret and unknown creators of both islam and “western diversity/inclusion” and everything that stems from these, something which the vast majority of people cannot comprehend or accept and have been programmed and brain-washed to regard as “conspiracies”. Nonetheless, these are the extremes that brought what is the worst in humanity at the surface and turned these into the “norm”, destroying the historical values that humanity had for thousands and thousands of years and setting everyone else to a journey towards moral misery and slavery.
